Digital technology company TO THE NEW,  announced plans to further fuel growth by acquiring companies that complement its strengths and expand presence in the US region.

TO THE NEW’s agility coupled with focus on cloud has helped in acquiring customers across geographies, that include Enterprises, Fortune 500 clients and startups alike. The company has built a strong partner ecosystem with market leaders such as AWS, Adobe and Databricks  to help its customers build digital platforms and products.

TO THE NEW has achieved 60% CAGR in the last 3 years with EBITDA margin of over 17%. It is also one of the few companies in the IT/ITeS space with a Dollar retention rate of over 125%. From the current annual revenue run rate of USD 60Mn, the company is aiming to achieve USD 300Mn revenue by FY26, growing 5x in the next five years. Suitable acquisitions will play an important role in this growth ambition and ramp up its US Enterprise clients portfolio.

Cochin Port Trust (CoPT) to sign MoUs of worth Rs 2825 Cr at the upcoming MIS 2021 Maritime India Summit 2021

  Cochin Port Trust (CoPT), one of the major port trusts in India will sign 9 MoUs of Rs. 2,825 crores (as of today) at 2nd Maritime India Summit 2021 scheduled to happen on 2nd to 4th March 2021. These MoUs will be majorly signed between Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT); Kottayam Port & ICD Services; IOCL; IGTPL; etc. The MoUs will be signed in the areas like Dredging for Maintenance of channels and basins, Coastal Connectivity, Cargo handling, Tourism related projects, Aviation Fuel Terminal, Deepening and Widening of Port Channels, etc. The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways is also in process of finalizing more than 217 MoUs to be signed in conjunction with the summit. These MoUs will be signed with different coastal states and stakeholders of the sector. The MoPSW is looking forward to closing over 400 MoUs during the Maritime India Summit 2021. These MoUs are focused on attracting investment, skilling, and generating employment in the sector. The signing of these MoUs will help in streamlining the process of ship maneuvering resulting in more business to the ports and economic stability to the sector and its stakeholders. Within two weeks of the announcement, more than 30 CEOs has confirmed their participation, including national and international. Also, total 83 speakers have confirmed their participation including international and domestic speakers. International participants are from countries like USA, Russia, Denmark, Brazil, Japan, Sweden, Singapore, Netherlands, etc. The MIS 2021 will provide a unique platform which will have physical and virtual presence of prominent shipping and transport ministers/ dignitaries from across the world.     ALTBalaji and ZEE5's latest youth drama Crashh is now number 2 on IMDB's most anticipated shows list. Launched on Valentine's Day, which also happens to be a Sunday. The series has been making headlines everywhere long before the launch was on the horizon. The series comes at the perfect time of the year. The familiar faces in the cast that we have fallen in love with added to the series. The distinct storyline and characters are not what audiences are generally used to, making Crashh all the more impressive.   The story of Crashh is about four siblings whose lives are altered forever when they lose their parents in a road accident. They are taken into an orphanage and later separated when various families adopt them. There is also the mental trauma of all this that never really leaves. Years later, the oldest sibling, Kabir, a cop who never got adopted, goes on a search for his long-lost siblings. The story highlights the special subconscious connection they share despite being worlds apart.   The series directed by Kushal Zaveri, has Zain Imam, Rohan Mehra, Aditi Sharma, Anushka Sen, and Kunj Anand in the lead roles. Lionsgate Play now available through Apple TV channels in India

This event will feature India’s biggest and most popular Free Fire streamers that will pit them against each other in a 5-match series. The squad which emerges victorious after the series of exciting matches will be crowned as the Streamer Sangram Champion and will claim the grand prize of a TVS Apache 160 4V bike per player In this one of its kind event, the 12 Streamers will act as 12 team captains and open up the contest to their fans on YouTube.
